Dental Implants

Dental implants can replace a single tooth, multiple teeth, or a full arch. The implants themselves are tiny titanium posts that are placed into the jawbone where teeth are missing. Dental implants typically have three parts:

Implant: A titanium post that serves as the root of the new tooth. The bone attaches to the titanium creating a strong foundation for natural looking teeth.
Abutment: A small component that attaches the crown to the implant.
Crown: The visible part of the tooth above the tissue. The crown is made with a natural looking appearance.
